You can buy memberships, credits or pay for one-off sessions with ‘QuickPay’.

All you need is your swimwear.
We provide towels - one for sitting on in the sauna and one for drying.
We also provide hydration throughout, with options to purchase further refreshment if desired.

The boat will remain at its mooring during all sessions. i.e. you’ll get off exactly where you came on :)

Yes, you can book for a group to join a public session, or you can book the entire boat for up to 12 guests in total.

To book as a group for public sessions, we’ll need everyone’s details at booking to ensure all waivers are signed.

For Private Hire, please book through the appropriate portal (toggle down the booking type in the Sauna Session schedule). Once you make your booking, we’ll be in touch to arrange waivers, etc. as seamlessly as possible.

You can cancel your individual booking online up to 12 hours before the beginning of the session, and 72 hours before for private sessions.

Go to your profile by clicking on your name either in the top right-hand corner (on desktop) or in the drop-down (on mobile). Then, click on upcoming bookings and you can cancel from there.

Your credit will be refunded to your account, which you can then redeem on another booking of the same type of session. We're not able to offer cash refunds, unless there are exceptional circumstances, as our payment processor charges for these.

Unfortunately, we do not offer credit refunds for late cancellations (within 12 hours for individual sessions and 72 hours for private sessions). However, if you would like to transfer your ticket to a friend, please email bookings@soakbathhouse.co.uk with their name and email address and we will transfer the ticket free of charge.
