In the front 3rd of the boat, we have a generous 12-person wood-fired sauna with large windows looking onto the canal.

The middle 3rd is our plunge room, with 2 custom build ice baths (one colder, one a bit less cold) and 2 showers (both hot/cold). We also have swan-hatches as seating for you to relax and enjoy more canal-views.

The back 3rd is the reception, bar and changing area with 3 changing booths, lockers, a WC, and a café/bar where we provide complimentary tea & coffee, electrolytes and optional non-alcoholic drinks to purchase - including Lucky Saint and our house hydrating mocktail, the SOAK Sour by our close friends at Bar With Shapes for a Name.

The back deck is where you arrive & leave your shoes. It remains open throughout your session for you to sit and soak in the surroundings.

We also provide you with a towel to sit on and a towel to dry with, as well as compost bags to take your wet swimwear home in.

You’ll find our schedules for sessions, however Private Hire is booked through a form & in contact with one of our team.

All you need is your swimwear.
We provide towels - one for sitting on in the sauna and one for drying.
We also provide hydration throughout, with options to purchase further refreshment if desired.

The boat will remain at its mooring during all sessions. i.e. you’ll get off exactly where you came on :)

Yes, you can book for a group to join a public session, or you can book the entire boat for up to 12 guests in total.

Can I book for myself and someone else?

Absolutely. You can book for yourself and up to five additional guests (six people in total).

To make sure we have the correct details for the waivers, each guest needs their own booking. This also helps us manage capacity and contact everyone if we ever need to.

Here’s how it works:

1. Choose the session you’d like to attend and book your own place first.

2. Complete your booking and payment as normal.

3. Once your booking is confirmed, return to the same session and select Book for someone else.

4. If it’s your first time booking for that person, you’ll be asked to add them as a related contact using their name and email address. If you’ve booked for them before, simply select them from your saved contacts.

5. Repeat this process for any additional guests.

Alternatively, ask them to make their own bookings ;)

For groups of more than 5, we’d suggest looking into Private Hire when you’ll get the whole boat to yourself and (most likely) get a better price!

You can cancel your individual booking online up to 12 hours before the beginning of the session, and 72 hours before for private sessions.

Go to your profile by clicking on your name either in the top right-hand corner (on desktop) or in the drop-down (on mobile). Then, click on upcoming bookings and you can cancel from there.

Your credit will be refunded to your account, which you can then redeem on another booking of the same type of session. We're not able to offer cash refunds, unless there are exceptional circumstances, as our payment processor charges for these.

Unfortunately, we do not offer credit refunds for late cancellations (within 12 hours for individual sessions and 72 hours for private sessions). However, if you would like to transfer your ticket to a friend, please email float@soakbathhouse.co.uk with their name and email address and we will transfer the ticket free of charge.
